Polyurethane Foam Sandwich Panels:
Sandwich Panels cold rooms are designed for Hotels, Catering Firms, Retail Stores, Pharmaceutical Companies, Hospitals and Supermarkets, Cold Storages, for the storage of foodstuffs. They can also be used for Preparation Rooms, Laboratories, Industrial Premises & Telecom Shelters.
With its modular, prefabricated PUF insulated panels, the cold rooms can be extended in three directions (height, width and depth), offering a very large number of volume combinations. |
Application and Other Characteristics:
Sandwich Panels uses CFC free polyurethane foam as an insulating material in different thicknesses for different temperatures i.e. 60 mm/80 mm/100 mm/150 mm. By using such conditions electricity is saved. The Sandwich Panels cold room includes a complete range of doors: hinged, swing and sliding doors, hatches, strip curtains, etc. These are easy-to-install and can be positioned differently according to user requirements. They can also be mounted onto trucks, allowing them to transport perishables like meat, fruits and vegetables or ice-creams over long distances. |

Composition:
| The inside surface of the wall and ceiling panels consists of 0.6 mm thick food grade GI precoated sheet with CFC free polyurethane foam as an insulating material. These are designed to meet European industrial food standards, with a 6/10 mm white, oven-backed, polyester-coated, lightly ribbed galvanized steel cladding. |
